Business phone systems and IT support

We install and support business phone systems and the network they run on, and provide IT support for offices across Southern California.

Desk phones and VoIP

VoIP phones place calls over your internet connection. We install and configure desk phones, connect them to your phone service, and set up the features your staff use every day.

  • Desk phones for reception, private offices, and shared areas
  • Extensions, ring groups, and voicemail, as your service supports
  • Conference room phones
  • Cabling and PoE at each phone location

Moves and new offices

New staff, office moves, and new spaces need phone and network locations. We plan the cabling and equipment so phones are ready when your team moves in.

Phone problems

Phones that will not register, drop calls, or have poor audio usually point to configuration, the local network, or the provider connection. We check all three.

Before you call, note which phones are affected, what happens on calls, and any message on the display.

IT support for small offices

We help with the network, Wi-Fi, and device connections your phones and computers depend on.

  • Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Router, firewall, and switch setup
  • Connecting computers, printers, and other devices
  • Working with your internet and phone providers on connection issues
Questions

Common questions

Can we keep our existing phone number?

In most cases, business numbers can be transferred (ported) to a new provider. Whether a number can move, and how long it takes, depends on the current and new carriers. We review this before any changes are made.

Do we need to replace every phone?

Not always. It depends on whether your current phones work with the new service and what condition they are in. Share your phone models and provider so the options can be assessed.

Do VoIP phones need a separate network?

Not always. Phones can share a network with computers when it is set up correctly. In larger offices, a separate voice network or prioritized call traffic can improve call quality.
